Are the watches new?

The majority of our inventory is pre-owned, although we do sometimes offer new, unworn watches for sale. Premium Quality Watches prides itself in being one of the largest international online marketplaces for certified pre-owned timepieces.

What type of payment methods do you offer?

We gladly accept all major credit and debit cards. VISA, MASTERCARD, AMEX.  Credit card payments processed securely through Stripe (www.stripe.com).

Credit card details are not stored on our site. To protect our customers and to prevent fraud, the billing address on credit card MUST match shipping address. No exceptions.

Cash on Delivery

Only available for USA orders over $1000. Requires 10% credit card deposit and identity verification. *You will receive 2% off the total price by paying with cash on delivery. 

Bank Wire

For international and United States orders over $1000, we accept direct bank/wire transfers. Select “Bank Wire” upon checkout. Payment instructions will be emailed to you after your order is accepted. *You will receive 3% off the total price by paying with bank wire.

How do you determine the strike-through price on your watches?

Our expert valuation team utilizes a database of over 75,000 transactions in the retail and secondary market worldwide.

The comparative “retail price” on our site reflects the price of a new watch reported by the manufacturer, or, we create an estimate based on historical data and our own research.

For international clients, our strike-through price is based on what a new watch would be sold for in the Unites States, plus taxes, shipping, and additional international surcharges if applicable. Of course, you are welcome to do your own research when comparing  prices.

Can I request a watch that is not available in your online inventory?

Yes. We’d be happy to help you obtain a watch that we don’t have in our inventory through our extensive network of dealers and sellers.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Every purchase is covered by our 1 year warranty.

Do your watches come with original packaging and paperwork?

As our watches are certified pre-owned, some will not come with packaging or paperwork.

If they are available, the original packaging and paperwork will be mentioned in the item description and shipped with your order.

When will my order ship?

Credit card orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days after processing and payment clearance. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days after all required information is submitted to us at time of order. Bank Wire transfer orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days after payment clears our bank account.

Please be patient as we have to do a final inspection and carefully package each timepiece prior to shipping.

International: $75
